NaadiNAADI
  1. The beginning

    A home kitchen in Hanoi

Naadi didn't start with a dining room. It started with a stove, a stack of delivery boxes, and recipes carried from Morocco. For more than two years, authentic Moroccan food left a small home kitchen one order at a time: tagines, couscous, pastries, finding their way across Hanoi.

  2. The growing

Carried by the people who believed

Every order, every message, every recommendation, every kind word carried the dream a little further. What began as one family cooking for strangers became a community: Moroccans far from home, Hanoians curious about a new flavour, travelers looking for halal food in a city that had almost none.

  3. July 2026

    The doors open

On the 15th of July 2026, above the cafés of Trúc Bạch island, Naadi opened its doors. Emerald velvet, brass teapots, paintings from home: a small piece of Morocco, built in the heart of Vietnam's capital.

  4. Today

    No adaptation, no compromise

An authentic Moroccan chef, a founder raised in hospitality, and a thousand years of one of the world's great cuisines. Saffron, slow-fired tagines, mint tea poured from height. Every guest is met the Moroccan way, as someone coming home. Marhba bikom.

Morocco & Vietnam

A friendship built in stone, served at the table

The gates were built by soldiers; this one is built with saffron, semolina and mint. Two countries that share a love of slow food, of tea poured for guests, of tables where no one eats alone.

“From Morocco with pride… from Hanoi with love.”
